Cancellation Policy

In order to be able to reschedule a missed or cancelled EMS or HIIT training session, please contact BBT 24 hours before your scheduled training time. Training sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance are non refundable and will be charged a €5 late cancellation fee. A no show fee of €10 will be charged for failure to show up to any scheduled appointment without a proper cancellation.
